Average Immerse %
In Stories analytics, Average Immerse time is the average time spent on each slide of a story. In Shorts, it is the average time spent on a Short video.
Unique Users
Number of Unique Users (uid) in the data export who have seen the story. If UserIDs are not captured, Unique Users are counted as unique sessions (i.e. browser visits), which reset when cache and cookies are cleared or when a user opens the app on a different device.
Filtering
Analytics filtering allows users to select for which period and for which stories the data will be displayed, as well as device and viewer country filtering. In filtering, stories can be aggregated under different criteria such as Widgets, Folders, Tags, Devices and (viewer) Country.
Note: Views for Widgets, Folders, and Tags are the sums of story views for stories that belong to the respective Widgets or Folders, or that have the corresponding tags. Since Widgets, Folders, and Tags are also changeable properties, view totals for widgets, folders, tags, or groups of tags may actually reduce or jump upwards if some stories have some of these properties changed.
E.g. If you have 3 stories, each with 30 views and all three have a tag “new user”, the configuration below will show 90 views:
However, if you remove the “new user” tag from one of the stories, the total views will drop to 60. A story didn’t “lose” views, it lost "new user" tag which in turn means it is no longer included in the aggregation.
The same goes for Folders and Widgets. If you filter by Widgets / Folders, you will get the total number of stories which belong to that Widget / Folder. If you remove a story from a Widget / Folder, its view count will also disappear from the Total Views aggregate.
