If you want to export a story as HTML you should first make sure that your story is published. You can see here how to publish a story.
To export the story please follow these steps:
In your list of stories, click the three dots located on the right side of your chosen story thumbnail and click ‘Share’
In a dialog that opens choose ‘Export as ZIP’
And in a few seconds after clicking it, the download of your story will automatically begin.
