We're thrilled that you've chosen StorifyMe as your platform for connecting with audiences in a way they love! This guide will walk you through the basic configuration setup to help you create engaging, dynamic, and personalized stories with ease.
Let's get started!
Step 1: Create Your Branding.
After setting up your account, you'll be prompted to configure your company's brand. This feature will help ensure brand consistency across all your stories. You can learn more about branding within StorifyMe by following this link.
Step 2: Set Up a Custom Domain.
You can find the domain configuration under Account Settings -> Account -> Custom Domain. Simply add your domain and update. Note, this feature is only available for our Premium and Enterprise users.

Step 3: Submit Your Sitemap to Google.
You can find the Sitemap XML under Settings -> Account -> Links. Once you have the link, go to your Google Search Console, navigate to Sitemaps, paste the link from your StorifyMe account, and submit.
Go to your Google account Search Console and navigate to Sitemaps. Copy the link from the Sitemap XML file found in your StorifyMe account, paste it into Search Console and that's it.

Step 4: Invite Your Team.
Under your account details, you can find a card called users and invite your colleagues to work on stories together. Learn more here.
Step 5: Create a Widget.
A widget is a story player that can be added anywhere on your website. To create a widget, go to widgets and create a new one. Once created, you'll receive a shortcode that needs to be implemented on your website. More details on widgets can be found here.
Step 6: Add Your Media Assets.
Under Asset Management, you can upload any files you wish to use in your stories. Simply click on 'Upload' in the top right corner.
Step 7: Connect With Your Favorite Platform.
StorifyMe integrates seamlessly with a variety of platforms, helping you provide the most relevant content to your audience.
Step 8: Audience Segmentation.
If you already have a customer base, you can import your audience file to a segment and personalize experiences for different users. This could be very beneficial if your brand aims to provide personalized content.
Step 9: Start Creating Stories.
Choose a template or start from scratch, add background photos, engaging elements, and choose between various animations. The possibilities are endless!
Additionaly, you can use the power of StorifyMe Assistant to create engaging experiences.
Step 10: Publish Your Story!
Once you're happy with your story, share it! You can create a QR code, download the story for social media, get a link to share, or add a tag to your story and publish it on your website.
